Feliciano Vargas - The personification of the element of water.
Have you ever wondered why 'Veneziano' has changed from his battling times, to being now more peaceful? The one that you see now is the reason for that. Feliciano Vargas is a outcasted element, the element of water. There are six Elements, Earth, Air, Water, Fire, Light & Darkness, the other five elements believe in destruction of the life on earth due to the damage they have caused to the beloved planet, Water however believes that there must be a compromise. Due to that thought he has been outcasted by the other elements, he has only 1 millennium to make a compromise without the act of violience
Water was taken onto the form of Feliciano Vargas the personification of Northern Italy, he was just selected randomly, Feliciano's light was strong enough for Water to take his exact form. He had to hide away the real personification because of the few rules the element has for this. He is not allowed to tell anyone or let anyone know who he is, he can not go out of his human form because it may destroy Feliciano's body if they have to make a new one for Water. Water is turning more and more human like to this day, he likes it in this world, he likes the friends he makes, he likes living in Feliciano's life, having an older brother that cares, having a friend that'll protect you, something worth smiling for. It's also saddening when he remembers not of this is his, this life is not his, and he has only 1 millennium to live it out. 100 centuries doesn't sound that long because of how long he has lived.
